Using this website
These terms govern your use of the W&W Trucking website, driver application and service inquiry tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Applications and eligibility
Drivers must be at least 18 and provide accurate, current information. Our opportunities focus on drivers using their own qualifying vehicles without a CDL requirement. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, work, earnings or any employment relationship. Initial application submission requires no account; a tracking account is optional afterward.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for authorized activity on your account. Do not impersonate others, submit false documents, access another person's information, misuse uploaded files, interfere with the website or use it for illegal activity. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons.
Staffing and delivery requests
Website inquiries are requests for contact, not confirmed bookings. Driver availability, route coverage, delivery schedules, cargo handling, fees and cancellation terms must be confirmed for each engagement. Quotes depend on accurate shipment and route details. Do not tender illegal, hazardous or restricted goods without prior written authorization and compliance with applicable requirements.
Driver offers and payment
It is $0 to join. Gig offers are sent straight to your phone and show the pay before you accept. Same-day pay is available for completed, confirmed work, subject to the agreed engagement terms and payment processing. No minimum number of gigs or earnings is guaranteed. Separate written engagement terms govern the specific services and any payment or cancellation obligations.
Separate agreements and screening
These website terms are not an independent contractor agreement and do not replace any separate staffing, delivery or driver agreement. Screening requires applicable consent and notices. No repeated placeholder contract is part of the application. A separate agreement, when provided, must be reviewed on its own terms.
Website content and availability
W&W Trucking's name, branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site for legitimate personal or business inquiries, but may not copy or exploit its content without permission. We aim to provide accurate information and reliable access, but the site may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. W&W Trucking is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Contact us first about concerns so we can seek a resolution; applicable law and any separate signed agreement govern service disputes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an already agreed engagement. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised website terms, with additional notice or consent where required by law.
