We collect information you provide in driver applications, business inquiries and accounts, including your name, phone, email, location, vehicle details, driving experience and availability. During onboarding we may collect license information, vehicle photos, driving history and payout preferences. We also process basic device, request and security information needed to operate the website.
How we use information
We use information to review applications, communicate about your application, match drivers with work, respond to staffing and delivery requests, manage accounts, maintain delivery records and meet legal obligations. Background and motor vehicle record checks require applicable authorization and notices; submitting the initial application alone is not authorization for those checks.
Sharing information
We share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that support hosting, communications, screening or payment administration, with business customers for coordinating an engagement, or when required by law or to protect safety and legal rights. We do not sell your personal information. SMS consent and phone information collected for messaging are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Phone and email communications
When you provide contact details, we may contact you about your request, application or delivery engagement. Gig offers may be sent to your phone and show the pay before acceptance. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop nonessential messages; automated messaging, when used, supports STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Marketing messages require any consent applicable law requires.
Accounts, documents and security
Creating a driver account is optional after an initial application. Driver document uploads are stored privately and access is limited to authorized users through temporary viewing links. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. Keep your password private and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed for application review, service delivery, recordkeeping, resolving disputes and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. We may verify your identity and retain records that law or legitimate business needs require. Privacy rights vary by location; we honor rights that apply to you without discrimination.
Cookies and browser storage
We use essential cookies or browser storage for account sessions and application tracking. Your browser may let you clear or block storage, which can affect account access or tracking. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
Age and policy changes
Driver opportunities are for people age 18 or older. This website is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy and publish a revised effective date; significant changes will receive any notice required by law.
